Registration

Registration for all vehicles is $30. Complimentary ‘Continental Breakfast’ provided from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM for all exhibitors, vendors, and major sponsors.
Online Registrtion was closed on 10/1/10 at 12:00 PM. Registration is available on the day of event for $30 (no late fee). We have plenty of room for show vehicles. Come on out!
DAY OF EVENT: Please use Pecos Road (east from Val Vista) to Mercy Drive, entering from the east side of the hospital campus. See Site Map. You will be directed to a space, then to the Registration Check-in Table and continental breakfast.

EXHIBITORS
All Domestic & Foreign Vehicles and Motorcycles are Welcome!
Car, Trucks, & Motorcycles - $30
+ ALL vehicle spaces are approximately 13’6”x18’
+ ALL motorcycle spaces are 9’x18’
+ Exhibitor registration and set-up opens at 7:00 AM
+ Exhibitor placement is ‘first come, first served’
+ Motorcyles are exhibited in a separate area from cars/trucks
+ ‘Goodie Bags’ for all exhibitors (including Barrett-Jackson donations)
+ No radical or commercial class vehicles permitted.

VENDORS
Foods, Auto/Motorcycle Industry, and Restaurants $500
Free-standing snack food vendors (i.e. popcorn, hot dogs, ice creasm) $250
+ Standard vendor spaces are 9′x18′
+ Upgraded vendor spaces are available (see application)
+ Vendor setup opens @ 7:00 AM
